In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail only in respect of that promotion.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20 times (20×) the bonus amount before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Any attempt to abuse promotional systems — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using low-risk or excluded game strategies to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players for bonus extraction — constitutes prohibited conduct under Clause 9 and will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.
All games available on the 1slot platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible from within the game interface. These game-specific rules supplement these Terms. In the event of a technical malfunction or communication error during gameplay, 1slot's recorded data shall be the definitive record of the game outcome.
1slot uses independently tested random number generator (RNG) systems to determine outcomes for all non-live games. Individual game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's information panel. 1slot does not manipulate or modify game outcomes outside of the certified RNG framework.
For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed at a given price, that price is locked in for settlement purposes, subject to the provisions of Clause 8 regarding void bets and related events.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to account funds will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes without finding of wrongdoing, access to funds will be restored promptly.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals must be completed and all active bets must be settled. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful KYC verification.
Upon account closure, all unused Bonus Funds are forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned within a reasonable period following account closure. Provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination — including Clauses 9, 10, and 11 — shall continue in full force and effect.
